Sachiin

Tutor

Sachiin cracked arguably the most coveted Aptitude tests in India, CAT. Whilst he didn't pursue further education in 2000 when he had 5 IIM calls, he went on to do his MBA from The Indian School of Business, (Financial Time ranked 14. Post that, he setup a successful CAT entrance coaching setup in India, training more than 150 students a year, with a highly enviable track record of success - over 15% of his students gained calls to Premier MBA institutes in India.

In the UK, during Covid, he trained his older daughter with material from sources. She now goes to Dr Challoners in Bucks. In addition, after speaking to various parents in similar situations, he believes that the coaching system in UK could be improved with the right focus for each child, which is different. The aspiration is to move away from a Factory system, and move towards a more personalized training plan. Having devised this over the course of a year, Sachiin believes starting with Buckinghamshire GL entrance would be the best way forward.

Anshu

Academic Advisor

Anshu heads Academic advisory services at E.L. She has taught English to students from across Europe and India. Having a background in linguistics and an MBA from UCLancs U.K., she drives the pedagogy at E.L.  With a cross cultural experience, she will ensure that the right scaffolding approach is developed and maintained for each child.
